I have been supporting breastfeeding mothers and babies for over 25 years.
As a midwife with over 25 years of experience, I help and encourage new mothers after they give birth. One common area in which mothers and babies often need support is breastfeeding. Many first-time mothers in particular struggle with this aspect of baby care and to experience success, breastfeeding support is needed.
Here at Birth Choice, I provide regular postpartum care that includes breastfeeding support to all the mothers I work with after delivery, within a few days after delivery, and even up to several weeks following delivery. Practice and time are needed to gain confidence while breastfeeding, even for mothers who have done it before, since every baby is different.
When I provide breastfeeding support, I do it in the comfort of your home in Lancaster, South Carolina. This eliminates hassle for you and allows me to work with you and your baby in a comfortable, familiar environment. I also do this since staying at home often helps mothers feel most at ease, which can contribute to a successful breastfeeding experience.
Breastfeeding can help your baby grow and thrive, especially in the earliest weeks of their life. If you need additional support with breastfeeding, I am here for you to ask questions and provide assistance. At Birth Choice, I can assist with breastfeeding for those in Fort Mill, Rock Hill, Lancaster, Clover, Chester, York, Lake Wylie, Tega Cay, Chesterfield, and Pageland, South Carolina.
